I just started today. Friend from work lost 23lbs in 28 days. I gave it a try. I have nothing to lose. My protein intake is 144 in first day. Fully satisfied I don't feel hungry all the time

I work at the hospital too, most of the time is hard to sit and have meal during my shift

For this moment I`m very thankful each morning that God gave me one more day and I can enjoy my time with my family

I`m working 9 months full time night shift. I eat normal Breakfast after work around 8am soon after that I`m going to sleep. Getting up around 4pm then is my lunch and dinner is around 8pm. To work usually I`m taking fruits or vegetables and all night I`m pushing water 40-60oz. So far is working very well for me.
