I planned to go to the gym since 8am it's 4pm and still planning to go every 10min for past 2 hours Lol That is called heavy *kitten* or starting to lose motivation?

    It's whatever you want to call it, but at the end of the day, you will regret not going. But you'll never regret actually getting done what needs to be done.

    It's so easy to make excuses and keep putting it off. But if you go just think of how proud you'll be that you did, and how much closer you'll be to your goals. Push yourself. Trust me I need to take my own advice too.

    Then just do 20 crunches for each time you plan to go and don't go. You can always workout, gym, or not :3
