Thanks everybody! I went and tried on a pair of 38 shorts and they were a bit tight, but they buttoned. I can't remember the last time I wore 38's.

Rock on. I switched to low carb and started doing this and have dropped 4 lbs in 5 days

Walked 6+ miles today and have knocked out 100 sit ups today.

After day 2 I've kind of gotten addicted. I've done 80 so far today and intend to still do my 50+ before bed. 280/1500

My tip: measure everything you can, don't just take weight. You may lose inches faster than you lose pounds especially if you're working kit and building muscle

2 eggs in microwave safe bowl, 2 tbsp low sodium diced ham, 2 tbsp sharp cheddar 1 tbsp salsa (if preferred). 1:00 ok high and stir. Best scrambled eggs ever. 1:25 if you use the salsa for the extra liquid 2 minute prep about 250 calories

If you're upping your weights, you may be upping your calorie burn, you may indeed be starving yourself (not an expert by any means). But it sounds like your body may be getting desperate for food by the 3rd or 4th day. Have you considered upping your calories to like 1600-1700 and maybe tossing in a 1/2 grilled cheese…

Protein bars - the good ones have about 2-3G sugar and satisfy that sweet tooth really well.

Carry a big-*kitten* walking stick everywhere you go. If people ask, tell tem you have a bad ankle (I do, convenient excuse). People will look from a distance but even the most branded moron knows big stick = big pain.

Little bit of weight gain is a minor setback. I don't record them. I work harder, then post when I weigh less than my previous log. A little self-deception does wonders for my motivation. But to answer your original question, no idea.
