I listen to the zombies run app when walking and audiobooks as well. Love playing Kinect games too. The ones that keep my heart rate up.
-
Thanks everybody. I'm sure it will slow down once my body is used tonthebchanges, but I'm gonna roll with this as long as I can.

Agree with Judith. If I eat too little, I stop losing.
-
If ur on a PC, look for the ad-block plus browser extension

My wife is 13 years older than me. I think I was 27 when I first asked her out. We've been together 4 years. Age is just a number.
-
I listen to books
-
She enjoyed the view

They probably think you're a moron/Idiot who can't spell worth a darn.

Saw results on the scale almost immediately (did a pretty drastic reduction. But I went from lots of soda, probably 5-6k calories a day and no exercise to no soda or sweet tea, walking an average of 5 miles per day and less than 2200 calories most days, so the weight falls off at almost a pound a day. But I'm 100lbs…

If anyone wants some additional audible books I can sell you some at $5 each. Message me if interested

The first few days are the hardest. You can do it!

To the last 3 people who posted (and others throughout) thank you for your encouragement. Also thank you for not getting involved in the petty coke/Diet Coke silliness that clearly has nothing to do with my post and should have been fought under nutrition not motivation. I have since come up with a solution that serves me…
-
The motivation is you want to be able to kee up with your youngins. My 3yo was gonna outrun me in a couple years if I didn't change my eating and exercising
-
More meals, smaller portions. I rarely snacked before I started to lose weight, now I snack contsantly. It's how I make it through. Take some of those fruits/veggies at lunch and push them back an hour or two then take part of your dinner and stretch it out unions couple hours later
-
Exercise at night or early morning. Once it gets hot here in Texas, I'm gonna have to move my walking to 6 or 7 or get up even earlier. I already push 4:00 am getting up so earlier doesn't sound pleasent
-
I walk every day for my cardio and my 13yo pulls my 3yo in the wagon next too me. Good exercise and gives me quality time with him. Win/win
-
My daily gallon of ice water

I appreciate all the feedback. To touch on a couple points mentioned. I can't stand the taste of artificial sweeteners, I'll skip completely before drinking diet. Second. The difference between apple juice and soda is I will drink 8 oz of apple juice and be ok. Beats the big gulp coke I would have gotten. And if I take…
-
Diet Meth, I like that
-
Don't drink booze, but I cut out soda, that close enough?
-
I appreciate the comments, but I can't stand the taste of the artificial flavored in diet/0. I did get a bottle of apple juice at work. That helped. After 24 hours of nothing but unsweetened tea and water, apple juice is soooo good
-
why did you prefer it over your shape?
-
At 50 lbs (half way) I want to get a kick bag and stand to use it in my garage. At 100 lbs I am going to shoot for an Apple Watch
-
Don't like dance unless it's ballroom lol. Don't think they have a ballroom dancing game. But definitely check out the Kinect sports
-
Heck yes it's possible. You got this!!!!

I just started walking. I walk on my lunch if I can and also every day when I get home. I just started but I went pretty much cold turkey, all sodas gone, all fast food gone (Wendy's wrap if I'm just starving) no burgers, I'll eat like 1 fry f my wife gets some. Made a huge difference immediately. Just stay positive, avoid…

Drink nothing but unsweetened tea. Working at fast food has always been brutal because of my love of coke. As far as eating, take some of the veggies and grilled chicken and make a salad. If they charge you for food ring up each item separately. When I worked at Taco Bell I would ring up a side of lettuce, tomatoes, onion,…
