I definitely need motivation advice plez

So I work at McDonald's i have no idea how Ima going to lose the weight I have 40 lbs to lose but again I work at McDonald's and it's so hard any advice plez

    Drink nothing but unsweetened tea. Working at fast food has always been brutal because of my love of coke. As far as eating, take some of the veggies and grilled chicken and make a salad. If they charge you for food ring up each item separately. When I worked at Taco Bell I would ring up a side of lettuce, tomatoes, onion, chicken and a tortilla as my lunch and make about as healthy as you can reasonably get working fast food.

    Yeah I'm super big on caffeine as well I got to Starbucks everyday it's really bad oh yeah that's my plan to eat a side salad with grilled chicken no I dnt have to pay my food they feed us a meal a day so not to bad I wanted to go to the gym but it's hard with my hours so I need to figure a way to exercise as well but really just want to lose this weight

    I just started walking. I walk on my lunch if I can and also every day when I get home. I just started but I went pretty much cold turkey, all sodas gone, all fast food gone (Wendy's wrap if I'm just starving) no burgers, I'll eat like 1 fry f my wife gets some. Made a huge difference immediately. Just stay positive, avoid the soda fountain of doom, and walk. If you can walk to/from work, that will help too!
