My mini goal is for my seatbelt on my flight to not be so tight.

I found this time around that losing the weight is easier not exercising. No that I’m losing more or faster, but I’m not starving all the time, I was eating probably close to 4-5 thousand calories per day. I started counting calories a few days ago I had less than 1400 calories on my third day. Not because I was starving…

Two reasons 1. I want to prove to my mother that her stupid fad diets don’t do anything and calorie in/out is the primary goal. 2. I have a coworker who has accepted a challenge, highest weight loss percentage over 6 months. A $20 gift card is on the line

how long did it take for you to see a difference in BP?

Next mini goal to be under a size 40. I’ve gone from a 46 to a 42, haven’t been under 40 for a long time. 38 would be great

Buying two pair of these to replace two of my 46X30 pair of jeans.

I’m traveling for business and I know there is a local burger joint that I absolutely love down in south TX. I simply accepted that my calories would be high yesterday so I ate less the previous 2 days.

Well, work was brutal the last 3 days so not sit ups on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, did 185 today to make up for it. 775/1500.

Staring at my forearms because they're so much smaller

This ^^^^^^ Don't try to go straight to 1200 calories a day and running marathons then get discouraged because you're starving and in pain. I started at 2450 calories and every week or so I knock a couple hundred off after giving my body time to adjust. Down to 1700 calories now and try to walk at least 4 miles a day
-
I'm so glad I'm not the only one who think s this stuff tastes terrible. My 3yo loves it though
-
Not sure much about Atkins, but I'm doing the e-meals low carb plan with my wife and thoroughly enjoying it, lots of steak, chicken, and bacon and still losing weight.

590/1500

I stopped at about 25 lbs, stepped up my walking (no pun intended) added in 50 sit ups a day and switched to a low carb diet. I think eliminating most carbs did it, even though my calories haven't really changed
-
Just out of curiosity, why don't you get on the scales? And congrats on the weightloss, if people notice, you're losing :)

When I cut my calories too low, I stopped losing. Try what mfp recommends, then exercise more or knock off a couple hundred calories every few weeks

This is probably the accuracy, he may not even be a PT (except maybe in his mind) and he sounds like he has his head up his *kitten*. Uphill walking can get my heard going as much as flat jogging most of the time if I do it for 20-30 minutes. Great weightloss there :)

No a diet, but remember the electrical impulses to get all the affects of working out without the pain or time of going to the gym?
-
I'm up around 4:00 every day, sadly I have to be at work by 5:00. Ideally I would get up at 3:00 but most nights I only get 5 hours of sleep anyway, so I wok lit when I get home from work.

Count your calories and start (or continue) exercising. Obviously I don't have baby fat, but I have fat guy fat, and I've lost 30 lbs of it. You can also do sit ups, I started doing at least 50/day on June first and I can already see a big difference on my stomach
