Hello everyone! I'm new here and have been following a diet and exercise plan for the past 3 weeks. It's been great, but I do feel tired a few days a week. Here's the thing. I am very strict with my calorie intake and exercise every day of the week. I take the weekends off as in eating what I want but with moderation. All in all, my weekly calorie count would add up to a little more than 1,000 calories. Has anyone else lost weight this way?

    1,000 per day or total?

1,000 calories a week?! Even 1,000 calories a day is too low. Maybe you could clarify. But either way - it doesn't sound like a good plan.

I am pretty sure that is supposed to be 10,000 calories per week.

OP, if your total calories for the week are below your maintenance calories, you will lose weight. If not, you won't. It is really that simple.
