Started a Personal challenge. Do at least 1500 sit-ups (or crunches if you prefer) for the month of June. That's 50 a day for 30 days. Anybody wanna join me? I've done sit-ups twice since I started exercising, so 50/day is a big deal. Would love to have more people join me on this So far 50/1500

Has anyone used your shape fitness evolved? Particularly the Xbox 360 version with Kinect? I don't have the ability to go to the gym most days but can definitely do a game as I can keep my kids with me (no go at my apt complex gym). Alternatively, has anyone used any other good exercise games for the Xbox?
