No, sadly I wish I'd bought them now. I'm going to stick to my usual HIT workouts instead as I'm trying not to spend any money

I've started doing yoga again and I like Adriene, thanks for the advice as I seen the bootcamp. I don't think I can fit it in everyday, what with doing HIT or whatever exercise I'm doing. I want to do it once a week but I'll have to see how I go. I've missed yoga and Adriene is great

I just follow Fitness Blender's HIT workouts. You have to make sure you don't a warm up and a cool down(including stretching), not all the videos have them. It is quite tough at first but keep at it.

I've started level 1 but I didn't realise I needed weights :( so I don't knoe whether to continue or not without weights, or wait (!) until I get them and carry on with my HIT. It seemed easier than my HIT workouts, maybe as I didn't have any weights?

I tried a Jillian Micheals some time ago and struggled. I decided to do level one this morning and didn't realise I needed weights. So I did it but it wasn't as hard as I expected, I've found HIT workouts with fitnessblender a lot harder and they don't require weights. Maybe it's because I don't have any weights? Annoying…

fitness blender have low impact workouts you still break into a sweat but no jumping and they tell you that you won't make noise I love fitness blender

When I have calories left over I usually can't find anything to eat because I'm on my maximum carbs

I used to. Then I got hold of a book called overcoming panic by helen kennedy. I used to get them in school assemblies! And I had them for years and the doctors didn't have a clue what was wrong. I managed to get through them with the help of the book. I basically had a panic attack and concentrated on my breathing and…

I used to struggled with brown rice until recently. Rice is only dry if you're not cooking it correctly. I follow the packet and only buy easy cook rice. Mine says 75g per person and 500ml of water. Then 30minutes in the microwave (I have a cheap microwave rice cooker/steamer which I cook my rice in). Or if boiling it's…

Exercise is brilliant for stress! Go on youtube, I love fitness blender but it can be tough. Try some low impact beginner workouts. Yoga is great for stress, it's not really for losing weight but it will help your state of mind and flexibility, I think it's a grest start. All the best.

I'd love to join. I'm already do it but I'm hoping to loose more now as I've worked out how many calories I should be eating and I set up an account on here a week ago. And I'm being more organised with my exercise, knowing what I'm donig and when (kinda) Hoping to lose a few pounds, get fitter and more toned. Hoping to…

I do this too. Have you tried wraps? One wrap has less calories than two pieces of bread. I usually fill mine up with veg: lettuce, red cabbage, radish etc and some ham and take that with maybe a banana. I took carrot sticks last week. I've also had peppers and chicken but I haven't taken that to work yet as I don't really…

Christian based workout? Since when did religion influence or having anything to do with exercise.. Weird

I didn't know there was such thing as "healthy snacks" that wasn't fruit or rice cakes. After all don't they just put more sugar in to make it taste better?

I don't understand why people make all these claims for green tea. I started drinking herbal teas years ago and it hasn't made a difference, I've still put on weight. The only good thing is the one I'm drinking apparently (according to this website) only has 1 calorie. I never believe the claims they make for most things,…

I can't eat sugary stuff like that in the morning. I've never understood the pancakes for breakfast thing, I'm from Wales and we have cereal or toast and I sometimes have porridge. Maybe eggs if I'm working a long or weird shift and won't have dinner
-
I hate salad dressings that's why I struggle to eat salad, I love chilli sauce but hate mayonnaise and that stuff
-
I'm noticing that my muscles are firmer but I've only weighed myself after a month of exercise and I've used two different scales that have given me different readings ('cause I doubt I've lost 5lbs in a few days!) i'm still hoping for more of a difference but only now this past week I've cut my calories and am exercising…

I'm doing this alone too and only doing home videos due to lack of space and money for gym

Sweet potato is lovely. I'm struggling too, I've made my usual pasta one day and had less pasta and more veg: pasta salad, I really enjoyed it. I do like salad but having it more than once a week as my main meal ... It makes me miserable!

I thought brown rice was better but I don't think there's much of a difference so check before you buy. Stir fries can be as basic or as elaborate as you like. You can just use soy sauce. If you buy ginger, garlic and chilli they can be used as a base flavour which you add to the pan with oil. Is it just me or do long…

Whoops I did HIT three days in a row. Because I did it on my days off as I'm doing long shifts and wouldn't be able to do it then. Then I did a strength workout this morning. Oh,well. Thankks for the advice, it sounds like good advice. If I'm losing weight after this week I'll stick at it. I was just considering buying a…

Blogilates on youtube has exercises for love handles that kills! Don't know if they work yet but you can feel the burn

I don't have a fitbit (those calories counters are too expensive for me) so I guess all my calorie counts are wrong on here! Which is a shame because does that mean I am then going over my calories? Oh,dear. I usually go by the lowest calorie reading... Can't do anything about it now I'm not in the US so I'm not…

I had the same worry, just see how it impacts your weight loss, if you are still losing weight as usual then it's probably fine (at least that's what I'm going with). I had a smoothie and that put me over my sugar goal. It's funny because there's people who drink lots of juices and smoothies thinking that they are eating…

Thanks, I knew about the naturally occcuring sugars. Too much conflicting info like I said. This was very helpful. The macros etc is all on default: carbs: 50% protein 20% Fat 30% I guess I'll use this as a guide and not worry if I do over a little bit unless I'm not losing enough then I'll cut back. After all they got my…

After buying a bigger dress size some time later, ok maybe a yr, I was looking at myself in the mirror and though that I looked fat wanted to look better. I tried exercise and healthy eating for a month. Then I used a weighing scales and a BMI checker online and realised I'm overweight! That was the tipping point and I…

Parents can be a pain even if you love them. Just try not to let what they say get to you. I'm not having dinner with them now as I can't control what they cook (I live with my boyfriend but I visit sometimes). I think they just care a lot about you and are making sure you are eating. They just worry. You can eat healthier…
