Do i need to eat more?
I've lost a few pounds and my calorie goal is 1,400 I'm 10stone4.8 last time I weighed I haven't logged that weight yet as I usually weigh on Mondays. I'm wondering if I should be eating more as I lose the weight or if I'm fine to eat as I am. I need to be 10stone according to one bmi calculator.
