Do i need to eat more?

I've lost a few pounds and my calorie goal is 1,400 I'm 10stone4.8 last time I weighed I haven't logged that weight yet as I usually weigh on Mondays. I'm wondering if I should be eating more as I lose the weight or if I'm fine to eat as I am. I need to be 10stone according to one bmi calculator.

If you only have 5 lbs to lose, you should keep your deficit to ~250 total calories per day. When you set up your settings, make sure you're using the "lose .5 lbs per week" setting. Then eat what it tells you to. If you log exercise (and thus earn more calories to eat) you may want to "eat back" only half of those "earned" calories. Try that for a while and see where it takes you.
It does require carefully weighing and logging all your food intake, but it will work if you're honest and stick to it.3 -
That's what I've been doing except I'm having 1,400 calories a day. I think that's -500. Bmi calculator says I should eat 1,500 so I'm wondering if I eat more will I still lose weight

If you have 5lbs to lose, and you're very accurate with your food logging including weighing all your intake, you could eat 1800 calories and still lose, but it would take a couple years to lose it.
If you're hungry and cranky on 1400, and you're being accurate with logging, you should be able to lose on 1500-1600 on average.0 -

You might lose weight a little slower, but that's the trade off. I could drop my daily calories further and drop weight a lot faster, but I can't stick to it.0
