Hey, I would suggest joining one of the weight loss groups offered. Great groups of people that offer motivation and support. Additionally there are usually weekly and monthly challenges to participate in that can help push you:) All the best on your journey!

Hope your journey is going well so far! Keep disciplined and consistent!! I find MFP friends definitely help to keep me motivated and accountable. Having friends and family that support you on your journey is also a bonus ☺️
