Hey I'm Kayleigh. I'm at day one and new to this. I'm hoping to lose 45lb to get to my goal and I've never been this motivated to actually get there. It's my time now I'd really appreciate any adds, advice and maybe new friends along my journey. Feel free to add me.

Just stay focused on the end goal and flexible in between. Pro-tip, if you ever have a day where you over eat. Don't feel like all hope is lost, it happens to everyone. I find that adjusting my numbers for the next week helps me stay in a deficit still. Just take 10% from your total numbers for the week and stay there for about 7 days. Then go back to your usual numbers. If that makes sense, feel free to add me. Good luck!1
