Hi there everyone. So I've been using MFP for nearly 2 weeks now and I have to say I'm really enjoying it. I have quite an addictive personality so after a few days of logging things I was hooked!
I need to lose approx 6kg total and so far in the first 10 days I've already lost 2.7kg. I don't want to put on too much muscle ATM as I've got a uniform to fit in to on the 1st July so I'm concentrating on cardio in the gym.
Be good to befriend a few more people with like minded goals. Hope to hear from everyone soon. Tat
