Exercise really helped me when this happened to me. There is a lot to be said for fake it til you make it. If you are still enjoying sex then get busy just going through the motions. Eventually, that in itself should increase your drive. If it doesn't, and this is truly a big deal for you, see your doc.

Sometimes, when I really want something and I don't have the calories for it, I'll have a bite of it and not count it.

I almost always skip breakfast too with amazing results. But the weekends I like to have breakfast with my kiddo. It makes the rest of my meals difficult though when I'm used to having those calories to spread out the rest of my day!!

Sorry, I admit I laughed. Dropping the drinks is great! Drinking your calories is usually a waste. It's really all down to calories in calories out, so if you've cut your carbs, you probably don't need to drive yourself crazy about your carb intake as long as your calories are in range. They can cause cravings for higher sugar items, in essence sabotaging your hard work if you give in. Also, they can cause water retention and bloating. Neither is very attractive. Dropping soda and switching to water was my first change.

This post came along at just the right time for me. I've been a little frustrated because my scale hasn't budged for a few days and I'm a consistent weight dropper. Saw this post and realized I'm on schedule to start tomorrow. Hopefully a few days from now I'll be right back on track!

I've dislocated a shoulder 3 times and had repairitive surgery on it. I've given birth. I've broken a wrist that had to be surgical set. Worst pain ever was a recent uti. Pain so bad I was nauseous, started hyperventilating, bright spots in my vision. Yeah, a uti.
