What would you do for a Klondike bar?
My kiddo had to have a wart frozen off his foot and I had to buy him a special treat for being such a brave trooper about it. He chose Klondike bars, Reese's variety. I managed to budget one in yesterday! But i can't get the jingle out of my head, so...what would you doOoOo for a Klondike bar?!

Yay for the food scale!
Got my food scale today! So awesome! Happy to report that I've actually been over estimating my servings! I can have MORE cheese than I ever even needed on my homemade pizzas!!!

Today's success!
I don't know where else to put this but it feels like a success to me! Had an awesome lunch and modified my dinner recipe to cut my calories and I have enough left over to have a Reese's Klondike bar tonight!! On a 1200 calorie diet! I feel indestructible today!!

Do you ever plug your recipes in and think "ah hellz no" and start looking to fix it? I just cut my chicken and dumplings recipe down by like 200 calories!

Weekend rant
I love my weekends with my child, 6 yo boy. But the weekends are hard with food. His dad is morbidly obese (recently hospitalized with chest pains at the ripe old age of 34) and I have my own body image issues. Food scales
Finally looking into getting a food scale. I don't want to spend a ton on it, but based on reviews of less expensive scales, it looks like I might need to! Just looking for suggestions from my fellow MFP'ers on a good scale that won't break the bank!
