Food scales

Finally looking into getting a food scale. I don't want to spend a ton on it, but based on reviews of less expensive scales, it looks like I might need to! Just looking for suggestions from my fellow MFP'ers on a good scale that won't break the bank!

This is mine. I love it and I'm just now changing the batteries after owning it, and using it very often, for almost 2 years now.0 -
I bought Eat Smart Precision Digital Scale, I've had it for 3 years now, and I still like it. It's small, and simple, does oz, kg, lb, gr up to 10lb. I've done 2 multi-state moves, and taken it on trips with me, it fits easily into luggage and I just remove the batteries.
If I had to get a new scale the things I would look for would be a larger weighing plate (I can't put a large plate and still read it) and one that had a light up display. But I'm not, because I'm perfectly fine with this scale.0 -
Got this bad boy 3 years ago and it served me well.

I got mine at Bbbeyond for $20 - Taylor brand - Biggest Loser.
Had it for years now. I put it in a gallon zip lock baggie to keep it clean.
I treat it like garbage and it still works.
If I would have seen the Ozeri at Walmart, I would have bought it.

Target has scales. I think I even saw one at Aldi.

I use this one. I got one at target but it stopped working so I bought the Ozeri brand because I find it to be more reliable.0 -
