i burn roughly 1000kcal during my cardio sessions i rarely take them back with food, but (check this out) i got 50% of them back for past few days and i feel and look better. go figure

i have a desk job, yeah i walk here and there while in office but i dont count that and if i dont get my 90 minutes of cardio per day i feel dead, i try to walk around as much as possible, but proper cardio session is what gets me through

what i always try to do is to eat my maintenance or a bit over it every day, as long as i do that i know that those 1k kcal that i burn in the gym doing cardio wont harm me.

did i took my veggies and fruit today? 70g of fiber and 70g of sugar in my log says i did. i dont take any extra sugar daily (sodas or stuff) and my sugar intake is always high just from veggies and fruits.
