I have a lot more than 100 to lose but doing it 1 step at a time. For me, I need to lose some weight before I try and add exercise just by strictly logging food/diet. I'm new though, just started seriously this week.

Thank you for this thread. I've had this strong urge to say screw it, order pizza and binge. Even went as far as to make an online order..then, luckily before I placed the order, to stop myself I came here and this thread really helped remind me what I'm working towards.
