Ok I can see where ur coming from I'm 5 7 weigh 134 pounds last time I looked and have 34 in hip 24 in waist and 32 chest which look so flat I know I'm slim I'm in size 8 UK size but I look in the mirror and feel so fat round the bum and thigh area but I know this is due to how someone has made me feel in the past I think…

Yeah think that's the only option and cit back on the amount used wondering if watering a light version down a bit would alter the flavour much trial and error I think x

A 1000 calories at day I think ur safer sticking between 1250 and 1400 and exercise using hard mayb change up ur workouts a bit or introduce so weight training use measurements as well as weighing urself good luck x

Google the zumba dvd I bought mine a few yrs ago now I'm sure there's new ones out. But cardio party sculpt and tone were my favorites x

Hey firstly congratulations iv got 3 children and with my second I gained so much but lost it all thanks to zumba and mfp we r gonna b trying for a 4th soon so planning to loose a few pounds prior to pregnancy will add u if ok x
