One thing about exercising is that it is a great stress reliever. That depression will wipe right out of your vision. And 180! You got this I bet you in 3-4 months you will have made your goal!

I don't know how to add people. :/ But! I need to lose about 40-50lbs! I used to be 220 and I got all the way down to 150...a nice 70lbs gone but sadly I gained back 35! So my new goal is 135! And that's a long road of 50 lbs that need to be gone and I don't wanna trek alone!

Yes, yes, Yes! Completely doable. Probably manage to do that in a couple of months! I'm as of right now 5'4 185lbs eek and I am trying to be at about 135-145 so my goals aren't too different from your own. I'm sure that both of us will easily be able to get where we want to be at before spring hits! With enough dedication…

Dont want to be that girl but I have already lost 60 lbs about 4 years ago gained back 10 and have been managing ever since. I lost 60 in 3 months which is not healthy at all and I realize that. Keto doet, like the atkins? I've done that multiple times. Helped me get from 220 to 155 well....with exercise as well. . . sadly gained back 15lbs from medication when sick. Anywho! Its great for short term and smooth move tea with be your best friend. :) ill add you ic you have questions lol
