Looks like your hips/thighs slimmed down which is why you look "less shapely". Im no expert...far from that...but maybe continue working on your legs to bulk those up and it might give you the look u want.

I agree, your progress looks great! Now that your fat belly is gone, im sure another round and weight trainimg will get you the bod you might be looking four.your chest and arms look good too. Im on week for and so far i can def see myself toning. The belly is almost go ne as well!

I am on day 5 and I am loving how sore my body is lol I had been working out for 2 months before this and never felt this insanely tired/sore. Hoping for awesome results!!!

I started on Sunday and my legs still feel very sore! However, my stamina has definitely increased since Sunday!
