Seems like an okay weight for your height. Maybe focus on building muscle since you dont work out at all.

I was 26 and developed stretchmarks despite my water intake, creams used, diet. Yes, luck has something to do with it. Especially because you cant always control how big your child grows inside your belly. No, i am not overweight, nor did I overgain during pregnancy.

I completed the program almost twice. My soreness went away after week two. I still do insanity but only 1-2x / wk. Loved it

Thank you, I finished the whole 60 days at the time of my post, I had actually started another whole 60 day round, but I'm actually mixing it up with a lot more lifting. We ll see what happens

Thanks, I'm concerned how crazy skinny I will get, I feel super skinny at 113/114lbs, wear a size 0-1. Finding it hard to believe my fat was 40-45% at 120lbs previously, wore a size 2. I do however believe I still have fat to lose on my stomach. Thanks for the input.

I'm on my second round of doing the program. Lost 7 lbs and really helped eliminate some of my fatty areas. My goal wasn't to lose much weight so even tho I did alter my diet, I didn't follow any nutrition guides and still lost weight. This didn't happen until wk 3.

Thanks for your response. I definitely give my workouts my all. I have been using Insanity for my HIIT. Protein is around the 90g range. I sleep 7-8 hrs. I rest for 1 day.And I have not checked my body fat %. I do free weights, but definitely a novice. Stress is definitely an issue for me. I'll try to keep going, see what…

I think they work since youre not able to eat your normal portion (because that thing is so darn tight) and so you lose weight
