6months, 10lbs less...pics
My changes are not dramatic, so it has been difficult to stay motivated, however, I am thankful for the little changes that have occurred. My only fitness goal is to be healthy. HT: 5'2" SW: 120 CW:110 GW: don't have one, just want to look good:)

My Insanity Round 1 results
I started round 2 two weeks ago,but wondering if I should focus on lifting instead to get a more defined look. Excuse the mess lol weight-loss was not a goal but I did lose 6lbs..including my behind lol Still trying to lose the bottom stomach pudge.

Any Skinny fat people frustrated w/their progress?
I have been working out since February, and then started working out 6x/wk since April. I do HIIT 6 days/wk and Strength training 2-3x/wk. I also really watch what I eat. How many calories should i eat?
How do i know? I am a fairly thin person (5'1 ; 115#) but was very skinny fat to begin with. A had a lot of belly fat to burn off.
