How often should i lift?

I am a woman, trying to get a nicely toned look, not lose weight. Im currently doing 2-3 x a week, and HIIT workout 6 days a week. TIA

Good lifting programs explain how often to lift. So i assume you're not on a good lifting program. Try NROL4W or Stronglifts.0

There's also Strong Curves and something like All Pros Beginner's program. I vote Strong Lifts though. That will have you strength training full body 3x per week. You might want to back off on some of that HIIT0 -
Depends on your programming and goals. 3-4x a week is typical.0

I lift weight four days a week two days are upper body and two days are legs any my gym0
