My stats: I am 23, 169cm tall, weigh 64kgs, lost 54kgs in 15 months, losing about 0.5kgs every 2 weeks now whilst on 1700 calories, do weight training and cardio, exercise 6 days a week, gaining muscle mass, all bodily measurements go down approx 2-3cm every month. That enough?

I eat 1500 calories but I allow myself to eat up to 1700. And my exercise regime is quite complex. In easy terms I exercise 2 hours a day 1 hour of cardio and 30 minutes of weights, altering muscles used daily, then 30 minutes of yoga. 7 days a week :smile:

In 12 months i have lost 45kgs/ 100lbs. The before photo is older than 12 months but I actually weighed a bit heavier when i started than compared to this before photo :-) I do 1 hour cardio everyday. Thanks so much! My skin is not perfect trust me haha loose skin on my thighs, underarms and a little on my stomach. But coffee scrubs and cream everyday seem to be helping with that! Haha thanks again :-)
