Free to add me anyone!! I'm active daily
-
Added lost 5 pounds so far, you can do it!
-
I'm not a female but you an add me if you want I'm active daily
-
I've been doing this for a little over a month, as far as seeing a difference I see a little in me and you as well. But 30 days is nothing, most people will go 45 days without seeing much change, keep it up because after 365 days you'll see a massive change

I may not be a lady but I'm getting married on July 1,2017 and I'm trying to lose weight and look fit for my wedding as well! Add me if you like I'm active everyday

Hey man thanks! Happy you want to put your advice out to others. Could you take a look at my entries see if they look right? Maybe any tweaks I could make to the foods I'm eating?
-
Thanks for the support! I know everyone goes through this and I also know that it won't ruin me as long as I didn't do it every day. Despite knowing all of that I still need to hear those words to keep me going I think everyone does when they get into that mind set!

This weeks report 1.1 pounds lost .6% BF lost (not sure how accurate this is) Thank you everyone for the support!
-
Thank you!!! So far in the last 3.5 weeks since I started haven't seen any weight loss but I've seen fat lass so something is happening. Thanks for the advice
-
Doing that now I think I have the right entries and weighing every thing hopefully I see the results Friday. 2 questions: is it possible I'm not eating enough with the exercise I do? Do I eat those calories that I have burned since I'm already on a 500 calorie deficit?
-
So when you ran did you track your steps and eat back your calories or stay at an even further deficit?
-
Any examples of what your diet looked like in a day? I'm trying to achieve the same physique, congrats!!
-
That's awesome! How did you do it? What was your mindset? Im trying to achieve the same physique. Congrats! Keep it up
-
Bump to the top for anymore advice and motivation!

Having read through that whole post since I'm on my phone I can confirm what I'm choosing is correct and on google all the different websites are different by a lot so which one is correct? I picked new entries for "boneless, skinless, chicken breast baked" but still not sure if that's correct
-
One thing though how do I know I'm picking the right entry? I got a different "baked chicken breast" but how do I know it's the right one? When I bake the chicken it's plain and only spices, no oil or anything. The other things I'll weigh on the scale from now on so maybe that's where I'm adding the calories
-
Sorry it auto corrected "didn't mean to sound ungreatful"
-
I didn't mean to sound in great fun for the advice, sorry if it came off as jerky. I watched a video and basically said that if it has a food label it was ok to scan and enter, I thought that was ok but from now on I will weigh the bread and everything! Thank you for all the tips and advice it is really helpful thank you…
-
Hm ok maybe I can re evaluate my entries that I enter. But I do weigh everything on a scale and try to enter what is based in the database. I'm drinking a lot of water and I will watch the sodium intake. Also just dropped my calories by 50 just to see if that makes a difference. I use an electronic body fat reader I know…
-
Thank you for the advice, yes I weigh literally everything, and as far as cardio I do cross fit for an hour every week. Thank for helping me out, really quick how did you figure out my TDEE? Do I need to tweak my macro split to see better results? My goal is to slim down right now, to be at 15% body fat or lower by the end…
-
But I'll try weighing myself on off days the K you for the advice
-
Well the thing is I'm not new to exercise I have just come off of a 5 month rugby season, and what do you mean by I don't weigh solids? I weigh all chicken and almonds, everything
