I know weight loss is all about calories in and calories but how exactly does macro tracking play in? I'm trying to stay close to my macros 40/40/20. Anyone shed some light would be great thanks guys :)

Eating time
Just wondering if it really makes a big difference on eating time. I exercise near bred time and I usually try to eat before I exercise but like tonight I couldn't and I ate after 7:45 PM and I go to bed around 9:30. I'm eating 1900 calories a day, could this be a problem for me eating so close to bed time?
