  • It's better to workout the same muscles 2x or more per week. If you just workout a muscle once a week, it wouldn't be enough. So 3x full body is better.

  • The cup idea seems very neat to me. They are good for the environment. because you use the same cup. That makes them cheaper too. You don't have to empty them for a long time. And they seem more hygienic, because you can clean them. But I can't even handle tampons, let alone a cup. :astonished:
