  • Kinda started at this same time last year with working out and becoming more active. Realized that my diet was an ABSOLUTE train wreck when I started using this app. I have gained more in the last 2 months than I did the first 9-10 months. I still have a bit to go, but this is totally doable with this app.
  • Awesome job!! I'm in the same boat right now, been dedicated to lifting and running for a year, then hit a plateau hovering around 19-20% bf. Started taking Brazilian jiu jitsu about 2 months ago and that has definitely helped get me to to drop a noticeable amount of body fat!
  • Just started BJJ about 6 weeks ago and I love it! Please add me if this is similar interest. I have been training about 4 classes a week and don't plan on slowing down any time soon!
