On days I don't work out (or can't) I usually eat a rice cake (chocolate or cinnamon sugar ones are 50 cal each! woo) and then down a bottle of water. This tricks my brain into thinking I had something sweet and terrible and the water makes my tummy feel full. Fighting cravings though... that's a whole other story...

Next "small" goal is to get to 180 pounds - this was the weight I was stuck at for half my life including all of high school. Then on to 160 ish hopefully by February when my husband and I go out to Cali to see the family

Thank you! It's a bit embarrassing so I appreciate that! Massively! This is the first time I've been able to get the healthy ball rolling and keep it going for longer than a month! I feel better now, both in energy and in self-esteem, than I ever did when I was younger and struggling with loosing 30 pounds!
