Recently been depressed and down, Haven't been motivated. I was 121 now i'm 126. Also been binge eating.

I know that feeling! Take a deep breath and press the mental restart. It's always tempting to keep binging because you feel like "I've already ruined XYZ days" but just as you can keep going backwards, you can always start moving forward again.
Depression and stress is really hard to fight against but it doesn't control you. What you've eaten in a single day can massively impact how you feel - remember your motivations, and plan for tomorrow - not for 2 days, not 3, not a week or a month or a year... just tomorrow. One good day leads to the next just as one bad leads to the next.
