Sorry to say but I'm mostly always hungry. That said, if you don't want to eat breakfast, don't eat breakfast. The notion that breakfast is the most important meal of the day is just BS. If you're often not hungry try to eat in an eight hour window.

Why not do liposuction and than follow a sensible regime to keep your sixpack instead of putting yourself thru hell and never be satisfied with the results.

I have a Polar M400 but without the monitor, I really can't be bothered to wear this device all day everywhere.so it only counts my steps. Thanks for the advise, I will deduce about 20% of the calories for starters and see what happens.

You look great for a normal guy. If you want to look like the men in the fitness magazines you should know that these are pros. They spend hours and hours in the gym and eat an impossible diet. Not to mention the hormone treatments and so on. Nothing healthy about that. You should be proud of the way you did it. Stay real.

Eat enough veg and a little fruit and stay clear of the sugar. And don't forget the healthy fats, I eat 1/2 avocado each day,…

Don't worry going over the fat as long as it's good fat. I worry more going over the protein as that creates a lot of strain on the kidneys. You loose a lot of minerals and calcium also that way.
