I have a 3 finger separation from my pregnancies so my core and back are weak. I have been gave several general exercises to do by my physio to help my recovery, these include hip stretches and small back arch movements

Have you checked to see if you have a stomach separation? If you have had children and still have "mummy tummy" it's prob down to this?

Thanks I would be picking one day and sticking to it, it just means if I'm out with friends ect I know when I can have a small red wine ect without worrying
