When people go on a diet, they run to salads. Not a good idea because you're depriving your body of so many things! Plan out a 6 meal plan. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, and snack. Snacks being fruit/nuts. And with each meal you have a full glass of water before AND after the meal.

my fave is tofu scramble on gluten free corn tortilla with avocado, spinach, tomato, and onions and lime juice and hot sauce! and my drink to go with is peanut butter, spinach, banana, and vegan protein powder shake. this keeps me full quite a long while.

WOW. That is a high cal snack lol. I would gain weight super fast if I had these for snacks, but I make them for my boyfriend who needs to consume like 2100+ calories a day.

That is not healthy! And what the scale says isn't the most important thing. Gain some muscle mass while losing weight. I was maintaining 140lbs when I was at the gym 6 times a week. Now, I have dropped to 134 lbs because I'm losing my muscle mass even though I eat even more than I did! Haven't been to the gym in 2 months…
