So you preheat your oven to 350
Slice your favorite bagel into halves and put it on a tray
Now on each bagel slice put a slice of sargento Swiss cheese and a slice of tomato
Add some salt and pepper and cook it in the oven
The bagel I use is 300 calories
The cheese is 70
And I don't even count the tomato
But it's very filling and great with a Diet Coke
I heard you can use mayonnaise but I think it's fine just how it is

lol idk about anyone else, but most of my MEALS are about 400 calories... not snacks. I most def wouldnt call this a low calorie 'snack'7

I do love pizza bagels tho, and I agree its easy and quick to make haha0

I thought that same - my lunch tends to be 300-400 calories.1

It would make a yummy lunch!0

WOW. That is a high cal snack lol. I would gain weight super fast if I had these for snacks, but I make them for my boyfriend who needs to consume like 2100+ calories a day.1

Definatly not a low calorie anything, But yum1

I would probably use 1/2 an English muffin instead2

My snacks tend to be lower calories and quicker than that - eg peel banana, eat it
but that does sound a tasty and quickish light meal.
Bit like 'ye old faithful' toast and cheese under the griller. I sometimes sprinkle diced bacon on it too which you could do on oven baked bagels too if you like it.1
