I am eating my requirements. I saw a Dr and have test ran. My irons a bit low but that's it. I'm taking a vitamin daily too.

I just had my first treatment today and can't hardly feel the pull. He says they start out very gently. Mine is fine at chiropractor's office. Where was yours? Also, I'm pretty lucky cause mine only cost $10 per office visit and with that it includes a 30 minutes massage too. I have an FSA account so I may just keep going.…

Well doctor only treats pain but won't help with bone movements only a chiropractor does that. Also doctor says it flares up Everytime it irritated.

Oh wow mine started out as SI joint pain but further evaluation shows arthritis.

Update! I went to see a spine doctor. He said I have bad arthritis on my L2-L4. Therefore my bones are deteriorating causing the cartridge to thin out and wedge. He thinks it's a pinch nerve on my L2 causing my sciatic nerve to flare up that's why I have pain down my right leg. Treatments are, steroid pills, muscle relaxer…

Wow that's a long time. Mine is so painful I can't even walk or stand. How would I exercise?

My doctor says it's muscle too. Pain meds does nothing for me. I did x-ray and found nothing wrong. Dr is clueless.

I'm on mine too and I find that sucking on mint helps. It's better than chewing gum.

Thank you everyone. Much appreciated and I love this place always lots of meaningful suggestions. I find that doing the plank challenge has helped my stomach and waist area alot. I must have big bones then cause everyone tells me I don't look like I weigh 150.

The last time I was 110 was 20 years ago before the 4 kids. I just don't want to be disappointed and quit.

Thanks everyone. My weekends are busy, with 4 kids in every sports, church band practice, out of town games. I always end up eating out and I'm not drinking alot of water just because there's either no bathrooms available or I'm in a long car ride.

I know some people who are 10 pounds away from goal and still has a double chin. It's hard to lose. Good luck.

I find that planks works best. Google the 30 day plank scheduled and follow it day. I finished my first 30 day and dropped 4 pant size.

Sometimes when you plateau binge eating actually throws your body of track and help you beat that plateau. Tomorrow is a new day, just don't give up.

I tried think thin caramel, quest banana nut muffin, quest coconut but I don't like them at all. Thank u for the suggestions.
