It is a daily struggle, and appears to be one we are all fighting in our own special way. I tend to start a particular diet, WOE etc and make it about 3 or 4 days at the most. I then read about another way of eating, see some success stories and think, yes I'll start that one tomorrow. Then I just go in an all out binge…

Loving all these ideas! I am normally pretty boring. Today... B: ham and cheese scrambled egg( was meant to be an omelette but didnt flip it right) S: spoonful of peanut butter D: Bacon and 2 fried eggs I'll be back on the BPC for brekky tomorrow, love it!

Cold fathead pizza, meatballs, cheese slices, turkey, and kind of meats, stromboli. The list is endless! Or you could just eat breakfast and fast through the day until dinner time :) Have fun, I love being on the water!

Nice quote. The thing that gets me is what is health eating? Thats where my confusion comes from. "CICO, keto, low fat, don't eat this, eat that, no don't eat that, eat this". It's certainly a confusing world... I'm still trying to find my way :)

Seems to be everyone agreeing. I have always wondered this too. I think you just feel better/clearer/more healthy eating real food, as opposed to processed rubbish like Maccas/KFC etc etc. I would much rather a nice healthy Subway... unless I have had a few drinks, then its dirty junk food time! :D

I have just gone back to android from iPhone, and I'm not sure if it is my phone or not but the app is painfully slow in comparison... and no other apps lag as much as MFP. Its a shame.

You have already lost 42lbs, stick with what you are doing. You look good! As far as workouts with no access to gyms, use nature. Walking, running, bodyweight resistance (ie push ups, sit ups, dips). You will find heaps of resources on youtube. Amazing how relaxing it is to walk/run along the beach, in a park etc. Good…

I found it took a little while to get used to it (maybe two or three cups), especially if you are used to milky type coffees, but Sunny Bunny is right, it is delish, and normally keeps me going up until about 1pm for lunch. :)

Great ideas all, thank you. I still love eggs (fried, scrambled, bacon cups) but when I don't have eggs, I normally just have a Bulletproof coffee - keeps me satiated for hours
