Buy it.....got mine in July and just LOVE it. It is me great motivation......heck I will run up and down the stairs just to hit my daily targets. Super easy to use..........honestly it couldn't get any easier. Highly recommend it!

Hello I have tried this...and I personally did not like it. I wasn't crazy about the flavour they have here (Canada) and I prefer to make my own shakes with the prot. powder from Costco...I make one every morning for breakfast.

I do think there is some truth to that. I try to avoid eating fruits in the evening. I have told it is because of the natural sugars in fruit. However having said that............it is still better than chips ;-))

I make a prot. shake every morning....mixing up my fruit for variety. I can drink it on the run and it stays with me for pretty much the whole morning.

It is crazy how much sodium is out there. I very rarely eat processed foods, I can't imagine what my intake would be if I did!! I used to go nuts with the salt shaker but have learned to put that down...thank goodness! This week my goal will be to watch that!

Try adding raw almonds to your meal plan every day.......when I have problems it is usually when I strayed away from the almonds.

HiYa..when I have sleepless nights usually a 1/4 gravol will help without giving me that "hangover" feeling in the morning.
