I have definitely skipped weigh ins when I know the results won't be favorable. I don't advise it though because it has allowed me to not be accountable for my choices. Stick with it!!

Looks like some common themes in this thread! I lost about 50 and then gained 35 back - argh! So frustrated with myself! Anyway, trying to focus on moving forward, I'm getting back on track and could definitely use more friends, support, and motivation. Feel free to add me!

I am right here with you! I am right around my halfway mark and have totally derailed. I had been going strong since about may and this setback, although I am more or less maintaining, has been pretty bad for my overall image of myself. Very disappointing. Friend me and we can hopefully get back on track together!

My ultimate goal is to lose 90-100 pounds, but honestly it's more about how I feel about myself, and how my clothes fit, than it is about the number on the scale. Keep at it! Your motivation and determination are inspiring. From my perspective it sounds like your sister in law is jealous, and who wouldn't be? Sounds like you are doing the one thing that she has not been able to commit to herself. Keep up the good work and friend me if you want!

Amazing!! What did you do to keep so toned while losing all the weight? So many people end up with loose skin but you look fabulous!

I fit through the turn style without having to turn /get on tip toes/ etc.

There is a really good recipe for pizza crust I tried the other night....1 cup greek yogurt and 1 1/2 cups self rising flour. Came out crispy and was quick to make.
