I use honey everyday. It's natural , not processed like white sugar so your body prefers it any way :). I use buckwheat honey from a local bee farm to stop my allergy symtoms it works wonders. Honey has some many good reasons to use, just stick to a spponfull and you'll be fine

Maybe you lost some water. I am on the flat belly diet, it's not really a diet though. I get to eat 400 calories 4 times a day.
