Hardest thing for me is finding time for myself to get a good workout....between my kids competitive dance and tier 3 soccer...they have me going all over 7 days a wk....and I don't want to wake up at 2 am or workout at 10pm...

So far my nabu x fit band is recording on UA Record which then transfers the info to myfitness.....so here's to hoping these fit bands work

I found it was easier once I got proper BMI and fat % measurements to set work out routine...also weighing food to ensure proper calories....this is easy to go over and not really know

go to www.onceuponachef.com great easy low calorie meals you can pre-make for the wk on the wknd. If healthy active female u won't need to really worry about changing eating habbits until ur in ur 30's.....or that is what i was told by my family doctor ;)
