I work out at 3 or 4am, get off work at 6am, then go home to sleep by 7:15-7:30am. Sleep is precious, I can't compromise it. But at 3 and 4am after having been at work since 6pm the previous night, it's hard to get a decent workout being so tired.

Those foods soundboard great, unfortunately many of them are just too high in carbs. I only consume roughly 20 grams of carbs per day.

It's an ultra low carb diet with the occasional "carb night" that manipulates hormones that promote fat burning and helps prevent fat storage. I found the entire book free on-line.
