Cooked green bell pepper!! And I know when something as been cooked in the same pan as green peppers, too, so most Mexican restaurant fajitas are out. I like the yellow, orange, and red bell peppers when cooked but can not tolerate the green. But I like raw green bell pepper. Go figure...

I almost bought these as my snack at the store a minute ago but went with Triple Zero salted caramel yogurt instead. Glad to know they're good. I'll have to pick some up the next time I'm out.

@arya8 I've never found bottles of Cherry Coke Zero, only 12 oz cans. Wal-Mart, Homeland, and Reasor's all have 12-pack's for less than $5. I normal swing by Sonic for a Coke Zero with cherry flavor added in but that's 80 calories. The cans have 0 calories and aren't as sugary sweet but still super yummy!

(Cherry) Coke Zero.

Wonderful article, OP! Congrats on your success!

I'm at 1700. For breakfast, I had: Cap n Crunch peanut butter cereal with milk, and an English muffin, egg, and light Swiss Laughing Cow cheese wedge (378 calories). For lunch, I'm having: a turkey sandwich with a Laughing Cow cheese spread and spinach on whole grain bread, and a small pack of pretzels (310 calories). For…

I like a piece of frozen Dove Dark Chocolate (45 calories). I stick in my mouth and let it melt during the drive from the office to home. Popcorn is also good. I just picked up some white cheddar Smartfood popcorn. A small, pre-popped bag is only 80 calories.

Choosing one thing... then eat only one small serving of the thing! It's the only resolution that has worked for me. If I don't eat it, I think about it all night then overindulge on it the next day when those darned sweets are still in the kitchen.

Cheese and creamy dressings are "healthy salad" killers!

I have the FitBit Charge HR, and I adore it! The challenges keep me moving throughout the day and the heart rate monitor keeps better track of the calories I burn during weight training/other non-step based activities.

@leanjogreen18 That's some great advice to setting goals! @eyuille3 5 lbs increments sounds like a solid plan. I've been here for a while now and am 95 lbs down. Be consistent and be kind yourself. Find what works for you. You can do this!

I'm doing Christmas Eve supper with extended family. Little bites (meatballs, mini muffin tin dressing, bacon wrapped asparagus, cheese and crackers, with dessert(s), of course. Christmas Day dinner will be just my immediate family. Turkey breast, roasted veggies, dressing. Leftover dessert? But I'm ISO of a soft baked…

I've been drinking 2 tablespoons of International Delight (70 calories) or Bailey's (50 calories) creamer in my morning coffee the last few days. It seems to be keeping me satisfied until lunchtime. I also drink LOTS and LOTS of water throughout the day.

2 slices of toasted rye bread, 2 over easy eggs, and 28 grams of avocado.

Monday, December 5th: 2 miles (power walk during lunch break) Tuesday, December 6th: 4 miles (treadmill, on hill setting) I have a question for all y'all: I'm doing my first half marathon in April 2017. When I first started losing weight, I walked A LOT (think 4 miles every morning and 2 miles in the evening, all…

Cocoa butter is my favorite. A coworker of mine recommended the Nevia in shower lotion to me yesterday but I haven't tried it yet.

Popcorn! I made these delicious little frittata with Sara Lee Delightful bread, eggs, squash, onion, bacon, and little mozz. I made in my 24 count mini muffin tin. I brought them to work with me to have as snacks for the week, and they're only 21 cals per frittata! So good!

@abatonfan Doing serving size by gram is GENIUS! I've been having to keep a written record of how many grams per serving then testing my math skills if I even wanted more/less than a serving.

Fantastic job!

Thanks @shagerty777 and @deannalfisher for your suggestions! I'm defiantly going to add "Run for Life" to my Christmas break TBD list.

Congrats! You look great!

Getting back into running so I can train for a half in April 2017. I'm a couple days late to the party. Looking to do 75 miles this month (5 miles a day/5 days a week).

Sara Lee makes a line of delicious 45 calorie breads (90 calories for two slices), if you wanted to make a lower calorie sandwich. I buy the multi-grain and it's really good! I also love the Xtreme Wellness wraps. They make whole wheat, tomato basil, and spinach and herb ones that are all 50 calories. Chicken salad and…

Fall-ish... FINALLY!! Low 50s with a nice chill in the air. It's been staying in the high 60s and 70s up until today.

Popcorn is my favorite low-cal snack. I buy the 100 - 130 calorie bags. So yummy!
