PB2 powder for my peanut butter fix (when I don't have the calories left for the real thing) Halo Top vs Ben & Jerry's for my ice cream fix Xtreme Wellness and Sprouts tortillas (50 - 80 calories) vs traditional flour tortillas (210 calories on average) Laughing Cow cheese spreads instead of regular cheese for wraps…

Cottage cheese and potato chips. Peanut butter in everything.

I just realized I didn't include anything about my furbabies - and only one pic was uploaded... Both of my babies are Humane Society adoptions and 9-years-old. Above is Milo (he's also the cutie is my profile pic), below is JoJo.

I love Yasso and Halo Top, as well. Xtreme Wellness makes a 50 cal whole wheat tortilla that I'll fill with PB2 then warm in a skillet and it comes out like a crepe.

Lookin' great! Congrats on your success so far.

What a great job you've done so far! I've lost 90 lbs in 10 months (270+ down to 185) with another 40 to go. I started with walking then jogging every morning. I only recently started at a gym (in the last month). I go twice a week for an hour and do strength training. I go to yoga classes every so often. Food has been the…

When I go for runs first thing in the morning, I don't eat. When I do strength training after work, I eat a small snack with some protein about an hour before I go. I think it's a personal preference thing.

Congrats!!

@Sarahb29 Halo Top birthday cake is delicious (and worth the occasional splurge of $6 for a pint)!!

Peanut butter - as in the WHOLE jar. At once. PB2 powder lets me have quite a bit (48 grams dry) for 1/2 the calories of a normal 30 gram creamy PB.

LOVE THIS!! It's how I look at my food, as well. I eat what I enjoy. This is a lifestyle change for me. Not some temporary weight loss solution.
-
Woohoo! Congrats!

Great work!! Congrats!!

Wonderful job! You look incredible! You should be very proud of the progress you've made.

Family history of heart disease and diabetes. Down 80 lbs with another 40-ish to go to get to my goal. I will be 30 in 2017 and I want to have my stuff together by then. I moved into a job I really love a couple years ago and was moved into a permanent position in July. I feel better. I'm able to do more. Definitely more…

I think a lot about how people see/treat me and the authenticity of their kindness.

I used to weigh in on Mondays but then I started going out to eat after church on Sunday mornings and found myself retaining some water weight from that meal. I've switched to Wednesdays now.

I prelog meals for the week on Sundays. It gives me a good idea of what snacks I can fit in. I sometimes will have change my meals (if I work late or am exhausted and want something fast or if I'm having a "volume" day and just want a bunch of low calorie stuff thrown together). I find that getting a good idea of what I'm…
