330 am would be nice and cool during the summer. I want make sure that any drivers that may be out that early can see you. Reflective vest and a light of some sorts.

I have two dogs that I spend a great deal of time with including them in my workouts but I still make time to get my hour at the gym in.

I have had good luck eating clean combined with drinking lots of water. I started out walking and running a couple days a week and have built up to working out in the gym 5 days a week and running 4 to 5 times a week now. It has been a complete lifestyle change for me. I've lost a total 20 pounds and 3.5 inches in my waist.
