same boat here tracking your intake makes a huge impact on reaching your goals im dissabled and get very little exercise and im still loseing weight drink lots of water daily as well. im 5 9 245 ive got a long way to go i believe i can do this and i believe every one else can as well

i mix keto and low carb. theres a lot of recipes for both it really alows you more ceativety with your meals. it works great for me i feel alot less sluggish and my mental health is better.
