im syarting from scratch agin with new found motivation

its difficult not to snack between meal when im board. I do exercise when i can.I've been looking online for healthy snacks some good some horrible. still looking.

back into the swing of things
fell off the grid for a while luckally i have only gaind back only 10 pounds since i craped out little exercise here and there. now im back nose to the grind stone. glad to see each of you and new people still here. great job all.

I would really like to talk to others with there successes and failures to help me to stay motivated and to help others do the same. also I'm getting back into power lifting again so anyone with exercising tips and tricks would be awesome.

yes Its challenging
This way different than what I'm used to I'm not going to say If I can do it that's unrealistic. But what I can say about myself I eat what know and like just not as much for me Its a small sacrifice but at least I can enjoy what I am eating. I'm also finding out that those foods aren't to far if not less than my targets…

Hello all. glad to be in the program. day 4 and still haven't cheated on my diet. I never realized how many calories I was eating till I joind up. I hope we all are reaching our target weight everyday.Stay positive we can inspire each other.
