This way different than what I'm used to I'm not going to say If I can do it that's unrealistic. But what I can say about myself I eat what know and like just not as much for me Its a small sacrifice but at least I can enjoy what I am eating. I'm also finding out that those foods aren't to far if not less than my targets for the day. Drinking water threw out the day helps me to fill in the gaps when I think I'm hungry. best thing I can say Is stay positive.

    "If it doesn't challenge you it doesn't change you." Challenges are good for us and I agree with you - I do the same thing as far as eating all the foods I like but in smaller portions. You realize you really didn't need as much after all.

    Be patient and consistent. It does get easier!
