If you are still losing it is all good. Might consider doing weights 4x per week. You do a lot of cardio. Maybe do that after the strength training.

Clearly still new to posting on MFP. Looking for motivating and serious peeps to get me past a plateau and reach my phase 2 of fitness.

I had a fitbit, then lost it haha. I have lost 32 lbs without one. If you want one go for it. I would be interested in a heart rate monitor at this point in my journey as I have about 10 lbs to go.

Add me. My weight loss goal is 43lbs. I am 32 lbs down and somewhat stalling. I just went back to using a trainer to give me that extra boost and focus.

You are soooo close. Don't give in now. Imagine the moment when you can finally say you lost 100. Granted you have achieved so much already! Might try a new gym, or get a trainer to boost you through the finish line.

I love pizza. I wont willingly order it but if it is around i will eat the toppings and cheese just for the satisfaction. I still lost weight. Although now that I am closer to my goal I have to be more disciplined. Plus there are days when you wont eat the perfect meal. And if a meal has gone overboard, call it a cheat day…

Thanks all for the encouragement! I appreciate it! I excercise 6 days a week. Of those days, 4 days are in the gym starting 20 minute of cardio equipment- stepper or elliptical and lately done intervals on those. Then it it is either upper body or lower body with weights! The other two days are at home workouts usually HIT…

You might try a refeed. One day eat 2000 calories then drop back down.

At my highest i was experienced symptoms of plantar fasciitis, and think the weght loss helped get rid of that! I am at a bit of a plateau. Trying to push through to drop about 10 more pounds by July.
